Due to retirement, we now require a commercially focused and patient orientated pharmacy manager to lead and develop our enthusiastic pharmacy team. This busy community pharmacy provides patient centred pharmaceutical care and is located in the heart of the village of West Calder. Reporting to the Area Support Pharmacist, you will be responsible for and oversee the delivery of all aspects of the Scottish Pharmacy Contract and optimise the delivery of dispensing and professional services. You will be pivotal in building long term relationships with all key stakeholders to support the achievement of business goals and objectives whilst maintaining Company policies, procedures and quality standards.
To be Successful
You have a minimum of 2 years’ pharmacy management experience, with evidence of consistent delivery of key business metrics and can demonstrate how you have impacted on the performance of the businesses and the teams you have managed. With excellent communication skills, you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You have experience in managing, coaching and developing teams.
