Lindsay & Gilmour is an award-winning family run company with branches across Central Scotland, Fife and the Scottish Borders. Founded in 1826 we are one of Scotland’s largest independent Pharmacy groups.
You will utilise our electronic rota management system to co-ordinate pharmacist, relief dispenser and staff cover across our 30 pharmacies.
Central to the role will be your ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with your internal and external customers.
You will proactively manage the costs of pharmacist cover within budget, ensuring that the most cost-effective solution is found whilst maintaining a high level of service and consistency in individual pharmacies.
Working closely with our payroll department you will check locum invoices to ensure validity and process in an accurate and timely manner as per our company process.
To be Successful
You will have excellent customer service and influencing skills with the ability to build long term relationships. With an attention to detail you work well under pressure. You have strong IT skills and are proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word.
The position is full time but due to nature of the role some flexibility will be required.
