The Role

John Ross (Chemists) Ltd is an independently owned business with 11 pharmacies located in North East Scotland stretching from Inverness down to Dundee. We are currently looking for a Relief Pharmacy Manager either on a full-time or part-time basis to join our team. The role will be to provide support to some or all of our pharmacies within the area so the candidate must be willing to travel and have access to a vehicle.

Ideal Candidate<

The ideal candidate should display strong leadership skills, is commercially aware and extremely passionate in the services they provide, ensuring excellent customer care is given to each and every one of our customers. The ideal candidate will have the drive to be proactive in delivering the National Contract by providing an array of services in a busy community pharmacy. Ideally, an experienced Pharmacy Manager would be desirable, but applications from newly qualifieds will also be considered. The pharmacy is well supported by a team of dedicated staff, and offers the following services: EMAS, CMS, EHC, GFFS, palliative care, smoking cessation and supervised consumption.

You will take ownership of the business, have a positive “can do” attitude, promote and deliver services within the team and provide a great customer experience within the pharmacy.
